    As a personal fitness trainer and Muay Thai coach, Cori has obtained three golden Muay Thai belts. She has also completed the Certificate in Advanced Sports Coaching Theory at the Hong Kong Sports Institute, and the Personal Training Specialist Certification at the Asian Academy for Sports & Fitness Professionals.

     

    Cori is committed to promoting the motto “Exercise to maintain physical and mental health”, and hopes that Members exercise regularly together to improve their physical fitness.

     

  • Nicolas Rie Hamnett

    Background

    Nicolas Rie Hamnett is a professional personal trainer specialising in posture correction and strength training. He has also obtained the certificate in Myofascial Compression Techniques, a type of training that can improve muscular flexibility and athletic performance. He is also a certified rehabilitation trainer.

     

    Nicolas speaks fluent Cantonese and can also teach in Mandarin or English. Under his expert guidance, participants can learn how to develop a healthy lifestyle.

    Background

    Fiji Wu has been a personal fitness trainer for six years. Since becoming an athlete in 2009, he has embarked on a journey centred around sports. He had been taking part in dragon boat competitions during his studies and later became a full-time athlete. Fiji achieved great results with his teammates in the World Dragon Boat Championships. He believes that through exercise you can learn more about yourself. Through learning and working out, you can build your muscles and endurance, strengthen your body and make your mind more focused.
